In compliance with Treasury Department regulations governing tax practice, any advice or information contained herein (including attachments) is not written, intended, or authorized to be used for the purpose of:
Avoiding any federal tax penalty that may be imposed on the taxpayer; or
Promoting, marketing, or recommending to any other person any transaction or matter addressed herein.
REFUND POLICY AND SERVICE GUARANTEE
Blackridge Tax LLC offers a limited money-back guarantee based on performance. In the event the Firm is unable to improve a client’s position through the restructuring of payments, the realization of monetary savings, or the prevention of future collection activity, the Firm shall refund the fees paid by the client, less a $2,500.00 administrative fee.
Note on Specific Services: This guarantee is strictly inapplicable to tax preparation, bookkeeping, audit representation, and estate planning services. Such services are deemed non-refundable upon the completion of the work.
PREMATURE TERMINATION OF ENGAGEMENT
In the event a client elects to terminate services prior to the conclusion of their case, the following fee structure shall apply:
Administrative Retainment: A non-refundable fee of $2,500.00 shall be retained to cover the costs of file establishment, initial discovery, and administrative onboarding.
Billable Hours: The client shall be charged for all professional hours logged and work performed prior to the date of termination.
Refund of Balance: Any remaining balance of fees paid to date, exceeding the administrative fee and the value of work performed, shall be refunded to the client.
Historically, less than 1% of our clientele request premature cessation of casework, reflecting our firm’s commitment to service excellence and professional support.
